Worldwide Organisations
Cross-Cultural Solutions is a non-profit organization that sends over 1,000 volunteers abroad each year to provide humanitarian assistance with their Volunteer Work Programs in Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Ghana, India, Peru, Russia and Thailand.


GVI is a non-political, non-religious organisation, which runs over 150 projects in over 40 countries.

 


Global Volunteers mobilize more than 2,500 volunteers annually on work projects, assisting more than 100 host communities in 19 countries on five continents through volunteer service, direct project funding and child sponsorships.

 

Global Volunteer Network currently has volunteer opportunities available through its partner organizations in China, Ecuador, Ghana, Nepal, New Zealand, Romania, Russia, Thailand & Uganda.

IICD (Insitute for International Cooperation & Development) trains & sends Volunteers to work on projects in Africa, India, Vietnam and Central America.

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies has 178 member National Societies, who rely on volunteers from their communities to carry out their programmes. Together, an estimated 20 million Red Cross and Red Crescent volunteers worldwide assist some 233 million beneficiaries each year.

ORBIS is a global, non-profit, humanitarian organization that helps save sight and eliminate avoidable blindness worldwide.

Peace Corps have 7,000 volunteers serving in 70 countries, working to bring clean water to communities, teach children, help start new small businesses, and stop the spread of AIDS.
